Hey friends!! My name is Talya Kovalsky, and I was born in Miami, Florida. My parents and sister are from Colombia, so I grew up speaking Spanish. I am currently a freshman at Emory University! Although I am still undecided, my current plan is to double major in Psychology and Human Health, and go on to do something that helps other individuals in the real world. My favorite activities include going to the beach, relaxing with friends and family, baking, and exploring! I decided to take this class because I have always had specific interests in learning about how the brain functions and art has played a major role in my life, so a course combining the two sounded fascinating!
