Hi! My name is Karina, I am originally from Mexico City but I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. I am extremely excited to have the chance to study Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and Environmental Science at Emory! I love cooking and baking, my specialty being Mexican food. I also love animals and have a dog and cat back home in Texas. I am looking forward to learning about the brain and how it interacts with the art in the world around it as an intro to my neuroscience studies!
