Statement on the Events of April 25th
The Department of Comparative Literature condemns the violent use of force that was authorized by the Emory University administration to disperse the student-led demonstrations that were held on campus April 25th, 2024. We demand that all students and faculty who were arrested be released immediately, and that all charges against them be dropped.
