Welcome to The Weekly COVID-19 Literature Round-Up

Due to the fire hydrant of information and literature regarding COVID-19, the Emory ID and Medical Microbiology fellows have organized a “Weekly COVID Literature Round-Up” to highlight the important literature. We will select 2-3 articles per topic each week, and summarize the main take-aways. The website will be updated every Wednesday evening.

The goal is provide an easy-to-read digest of each article. We have organized this by several categories of interest:

-Epidemiology

-Transmission/Infection Control

-Clinical Syndrome

-Therapeutics

-Diagnostics

-Basic Science/Virology

-Vaccinology

-Pediatrics

-Bioethics/Medical Humanities

Thanks for this great resource! Would you consider adding an asterisk to any studies with Emory authors (and at the end of each issue, you could note, *Emory author)? Part of my job in Emory strategic communication is to keep tabs on Emory’s COVID-19 research, and it would be great to know which ones you’re posting are from Emory without having to click each link and search for author information.

I don’t think any of these had Emory authors–but we can look for this moving forward!
