The Teaching with Canvas program aims to optimize faculty Canvas goals and mastery through monthly consultations and support sessions. The inaugural cohort of faculty will work with TLT staff to build Spring 2019 courses using backwards design.

As part of its Aug. 4 update, Canvas has a new Student Dashboard List View designed to make it easier for students to quickly identify missing assignments, see upcoming assignments and to-dos across classes, and access grade information, all in one place.
TLT is extending term conclusion dates for Canvas courses to better align with Emory’s academic calendar. This change impacts the default dates when students lose access to courses and faculty can no longer edit them.
