| September 11th<\/td>\n | Canva Tips & Tricks<\/td>\n | So you already know how to make Canva graphics, but want to level up your skills? Join us for our \u201dCanva Tips & Tricks\u201d workshop, where we\u2019ll dive into some tips & tricks of Canva beyond the basics! This workshop assumes a beginner understanding of Canva, a free graphic design platform; please watch the ECDS \u201cIntro to Canva\u201d workshop recording if you do not already feel familiar with working in Canva.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n| September 18th<\/td>\n | Intro to 3D Design (Part 1)<\/td>\n | Join us for an immersive journey into the world of 3D modeling with our two-part workshop series on 3D Studio Max. This 2-part workshop series will cover the fundamentals of 3D design, the 3D Studio Max interface, and concepts including primitives, modifiers, splines, and poly modeling. Participants will learn the basic skills needed to model any object in 3D Studio Max.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | September 25th<\/td>\n | Intro to 3D Design (Part 2)<\/td>\n | Participants will need to take Intro to 3D Design Part 1 the week prior or watch the recording before attending Part 2.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | October 2nd<\/td>\n | Intro to Tableau<\/td>\n | This workshop will provide an introduction to basic principles of data visualization, f<\/span><\/span>ollowed by a demo using the popular Tableau software. Users will learn how to prepare and connect a dataset, create visualizations using Tableau’s built-in chart types, and combine them into interactive dashboards for sharing. This workshop will also highlight new Tableau features. No prior Tableau experience required.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | October 9th<\/td>\n | Data Sources for Health Economics<\/td>\n | This workshop introduces commonly used sources of quantitative health-related data in the US. Attendees will learn where to obtain data sources, and understand the processes involved in accessing them. By the end, participants better understand where to look for health-related data to use in their own work.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | October 16th<\/td>\n | Intro to Unity Game Engine<\/td>\n | In this workshop you\u2019ll be introduced to the Unity Editor. We\u2019ll go over the steps to create an account, make a new project, and walk through some of the basic concepts behind the Editor. Then we\u2019ll add a character controller and other game objects to create a 3D environment you can save and expand on your own with your new skills! No experience needed.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n | |
