Dr. David Civitello received a Fulbright US Scholar award. The Fulbright program is supported by the US Department of State and fosters collaboration and mutual understanding across countries. For the award, Dr. Civitello will teach a graduate course and complete a research project at Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology in Arusha, Tanzania with collaborator Dr. Teckla Angela, a lecturer there, focusing on transmission ecology of human schistosomiasis.
