Boyd took a gap year following graduation, during which she worked for the Carter Center as a nonpartisan elections observer on the 2022 Tunisian Parliamentary Elections and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:7064564486543736832\/?updateEntityUrn=urn%3Ali%3Afs_updateV2%3A%28urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7064564486543736832%2CFEED_DETAIL%2CEMPTY%2CDEFAULT%2Cfalse%29\">for US Senator Jon Ossoff and the Congressional Commission on Emerging Biotechnology<\/a>. She is currently  pursuing a Master\u2019s in Political Science as a <a href=\"https:\/\/college.emory.edu\/national-awards\/awards\/award-shepard.html\">Shepard Scholar<\/a> from Emory at Sciences Po\u2019s Paris School of Research. Her thematic interests include violence against women, LGBTQIA+ rights, human rights, law, and global history and politics. In 2022 Boyd was named a <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarblogs.emory.edu\/emoryhistorynews\/2022\/04\/11\/history-major-bronwen-boyd-named-2022-graduating-woman-of-excellence\/\">Graduating Woman of Excellence by the Center for Women at Emory<\/a>. Boyd writes that she is a \u201cProud Emory History alumna\u2014 now and always!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Are you an Emory History alumnus?
