Titled, &#8220;When Rosalynn Carter tapped Gerald Ford\u2019s daughter to serve on mental health advisory board,&#8221; the piece describes how the selection of Susan Ford Bales helped to maintain Carter&#8217;s connection to longtime friend Betty Ford. Rosalynn Carter passed away on November 19, 2023.
