We aim to develop and pilot test iTransition, <\/em>a multilevel mHealth intervention designed to support youth living with HIV and their (pediatric\/adolescent and adult) care providers<\/strong>. We are currently in phase 1 of the study, which comprises the development of the iTransition mobile intervention in conjunction with patients (youth living with HIV) and providers (physicians, nurses, and other staff caring for youth living with HIV either before or after healthcare transition.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
