Rural Maternal Health Research Assistant, Emory University

Seeking 1-2 graduate research assistants starting in May or June 2025 for assistance with a program evaluation of three Georgia Department of Public Health programs: the Perinatal Health Partnership and remote maternal and fetal monitoring programs implemented in rural Georgia.

This is a paid position.

The positions would support in the creation of an annual report for presentation to the Georgia Department of Public Health and Georgia Legislature in Fall 2025.

The GRAs would support data cleaning and analysis using R of enrollment, follow-up, electronic medical record, and monitoring data using R, creating tables and figures to summarize data. 

Ideal candidates would have strong quantitative skills using R, be able to commit at least 15 hours/week through the summer (with the possibility of extending into fall), be detailed oriented, and have strong communication skills.
