This comprehensive guide outlines university and community resources that are available to students seeking support, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>COVID-19 Concerns During Election Day (Including How to Schedule a COVID-19 Test at Emory)<\/li>\n<li>Crisis and Emergency Resources<\/li>\n<li>Mental Health Therapy Services and Outreach Services<\/li>\n<li>International Student Resources and Legal Support<\/li>\n<li>DACA \/ Undocumented Student Resources<\/li>\n<li>Legal Support for US Students<\/li>\n<li>Activism, Self-Care and Respect for Open Expression<\/li>\n<li>Personal Safety Resources for Students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participating in the Rollins Election Day ON \u2013 Health &amp; Safety While Engaging Civically<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For those that will be engaging civically during the Rollins Election Day ON (Tuesday, November 3), please continue to practice the following COVID-19 prevention tactics:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear a face covering on and off-campus<\/li>\n<li>Maintain physical distancing of at least six feet between yourself and others (i.e., do not move classroom furniture)<\/li>\n<li>Stay home if you have a fever or are not feeling well<\/li>\n<li>Disinfect surfaces before and after usage<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Emory University\u2019s COVID-19 testing services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Regular testing is critical in accurately monitoring the spread of this disease. Appointments may be limited, so please plan in advance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>RSPH Post-Election Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with the Rollins Election Day Initiative, the RSPH Office of Admission &amp; Student Services will be hosting the following post-election events:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Thursday, November 5<sup>th<\/sup> from 12:00-1:00PM EST:<\/strong> <em>Post-Election Reflection with Counseling and Psychological Services for RSPH Students <\/em>\u2013 Join our CAPS Facilitators as they provide a safe space to process thoughts and emotions regarding the election, discuss coping skills and strategies to navigate uncertainty, and walk through a guided meditation. <strong>RSPH Students may <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/tJ0pc-mvqDMvHdVrnHmBs17tgFkSx8y-nais\"><strong>REGISTER HERE.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Friday, November 13<sup>th<\/sup> from 12:00-1:00PM EST: <\/strong><em>\u201cWhat\u2019s Next in Public Health?\u201d A Panel Discussion for the RSPH Community<\/em>\u2013 Join our Rollins Faculty in discussing the implication of this election cycle, how politics intersects with public health, and how we can continue advocating for and advancing the issues we are passionate about. <strong>The RSPH Community may <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/98557447312\">REGISTER HERE<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reminders for Ongoing Support Services Throughout the Semester<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>24\/7 Mental Health Support Available for Students<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remember that all students have access to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timely.md\/faq\/emory\/\">Emory TimelyMD<\/a><\/strong>. TimelyMD allows students to access counseling, psychiatry, and general wellness resources.
