The qualitative data analyst will contribute to increased understanding of the multi- factorial contributors to pregnancy-related deaths at the national and jurisdiction- levels, and increased understanding of opportunities for prevention of future deaths. They will lead team-based qualitative analyses with CDC staff and external partners, utilizing data from the Maternal Mortality Review Information Application (MMRIA) and the Pregnancy Mortality Surveillance System.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be hired by the CDC Foundation and will be organizationally located with the Maternal Mortality Prevention Team in the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Division of Reproductive Health, Maternal and Infant Health Branch, Maternal Mortality Prevention Team.<\/p>\n<p>This is an outstanding opportunity to work with the nation\u2019s lead agency charged with protecting the public&#8217;s health.
