This project will create resources for schools and youth serving organizations to better equip staff and children who are struggling or may struggle with trauma or adverse childhood experiences.<\/p>\n<p>In Georgia, 250,000 children have a parent who has been incarcerated, 160,000 children are not living with a parent, 40,000 K-12 children are experiencing homelessness, 11,000 are in foster care and 6,000 are in detention facilities.
