BBAs have busy schedules with varsity sports, club activities and internships. Lee Pasackow, BBA librarian, wanted to make it easier for students to attend Business Essentials, a series of classes to sharpen BBA research skills. Applying Market Research was the first Blackboard class where students had two weeks to complete five online activities focused on the use of technology in restaurants.
It was interesting to learn about these databases using a hands-on business approach. I liked that the restaurant tech aspect stayed constant throughout so it was easy to see all the different tools that can be used to approach the same problem. Jason Diamond BBA 15
