Categories include: Growth, Location, Media, Operations, Ownership, Spending and Risk, Technology, Workforce, Work Place<\/li>\n<li><strong>Triggers <\/strong>are a single event in time, based on data from news articles, press releases, SEC and UK Companies House filings, data changes, and more.\u00a0 Event types include, M&amp;A, Bankruptcy, Awards, Layoffs, Asset Increases, FDA Approval, Hiring Initiatives, Product Launches and Executive Changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re used to using the print <strong>RMA Annual Statement Studies <\/strong>(similar to D&amp;B Industry Business Norms) for valuation projects, you may now access these in Hoovers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/business.library.emory.edu\/documents\/databases\/hoovers-rma-industry-norms.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Search tips for using RMA Annual Statement Studies<\/a>\u00a0 in Hoovers.\u00a0\u00a0 RMA is also available in print: <a href=\"http:\/\/business.library.emory.edu\/research-learning\/databases\/hoovers.php#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BUS REF HF5681.
