This is a great start, Kyra! I love the jokey, ranty tone of the main speakers, the excerpt of an old broadcast, and the interview. I can see a lot of the different methods we’ve analyzed working in your script (including Poe’s nasty yellow goo from M. Valdemar).
I’m wondering if you could put more of an appeal to the “bigger picture” in your main speaker’s framing, either at the beginning or end? What is it about Area 51 in particular that gets people worked up? What is it about aliens, or government conspiracies?
