{"id":134,"date":"2017-01-12T21:23:01","date_gmt":"2017-01-12T21:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scholarblogs.emory.edu\/kindtgroup\/?page_id=134"},"modified":"2017-02-13T22:14:16","modified_gmt":"2017-02-13T22:14:16","slug":"codes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/scholarblogs.emory.edu\/kindtgroup\/codes\/","title":{"rendered":"Codes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is software that we have developed for research and made freely available. \u00a0If you find it useful, please cite us.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/KindtGroup\">Kindt group repositories at GitHub<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/KindtGroup\/bipartite-partitions\">Bipartite partitions<\/a>\u00a0 We needed to generate partitions of bipartite numbers (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/journals\/mathematical-proceedings-of-the-cambridge-philosophical-society\/article\/div-classtitleon-partitions-of-bipartite-numbersdiv\/1C941013D03A3FB706BFB0E85FF303CC\">Auluck, 1953<\/a>) and were unable to find an algorithm in the literature describing how to do this. \u00a0So, we came up with one, and you can use it too.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/KindtGroup\/K-to-clust\">K-to-clust<\/a>\u00a0 This is the first version of a code that takes a set of equilibrium constants for formation of a cluster of particles ( \u00a0s monomers &#8211;&gt; 1 s-mer ) and generates the expected equilibrium distribution of clusters in a system &#8212; a simulation box (or possibly a nano reactor?) &#8211; \u00a0containing a small, fixed number of particles. \u00a0 It works even when the Law of Mass Action breaks down because there are too few particles. \u00a0See <a href=\"http:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/abs\/10.1021\/ct300686u\">here<\/a> for background on the theory. \u00a0 This version accommodates up to 170 particles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is software that we have developed for research and made freely available. \u00a0If you find it useful, please cite us.
