A new way to find online open access versions in discoverE

Really need electronic access to an article, book chapter or other resource in the discoverE Combined tab, but… DiscoverE says No online access?

Don’t give up yet!  Go to the Locate/Request Item tab.  If there’s a “Look for Open Access version” link, you can often get to a free version online through the Unpaywall service.

When a Locate/Request item tab shows volumes of the physical (paper) journal or book containing the item, the “Look for Open Access version” link, if present, will appear in the “Request Options” area.  Save yourself (and the library) some time by clicking on it!
