Rich Mendola (CIO, OIT) delivered an update of the One IT Experience at the January IT Briefing, before a full room, despite cold and rainy conditions outside.
The event marked the first speaking engagement for Rich following his appointment to the new position of Enterprise Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice Provost of Library Services and Digital Scholarship at Emory University.
Rich covered a lot of ground regarding several of the OneIT Experience initiatives and took questions from the audience, made up mostly of IT staff from nearly every department at Emory. Also in attendance were Brett Coryell (Deputy CIO, OIT) and John Ellis (Director, Integration), who also answered questions.
