Laura has a special talent for dealing with customer anxiety that she honed in her previous role as a stay-at-home mom over the past four years. Before becoming a mom she cared for special needs patients at Beverly Farms Foundation medical facility in St. Louis, MO.
She is originally from Alton, IL and has lived in Atlanta for five years. She also spent time in St. Louis, MO. She went to school to become a medical assistant. Her dream is to become a pediatric nurse.
Laura is an avid gamer, especially the God of War series and other combat-oriented video games. Otherwise, “being a mom is all I get to do for fun,” smiles Laura.
As for her new job at Emory, “I really love the people here at the Call Center,” she says.
