Jake Kirsch is currently working on the surgical critical care initiative (SC2i), where his team is consuming surgical data from multiple sources to help improve the quality of surgical care. Before coming to Emory, Jake was an ETL developer at Premier, a healthcare data company out of Charlotte, NC, for about 18 months. He also spent two years at Vanguard Investments, also as an ETL developer.
An electrical engineer from the University of South Carolina, Jake also has a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Maryland. He grew up in Baltimore, MD.
