The Project Management Office (PMO) is holding its third session of the Community of Practice (COP)  on April 19 at 10 am in the Jones Room on the 3rd floor of the Woodruff Library. The PMO would like to extend an open invitation to anyone who would like to attend.

The PMO-COP is a bimonthly meeting (during the school year only) for the Emory project management community to learn and share ideas regarding their craft. Led by Trisha Wilson and Scott Swann, this month’s topic is “Project Management Tool: A Comparison.” This session is to help project managers work through strategies and share real-world examples to help decide what tool will work best for them.

According to Trisha, “Your boss just assigned you a project that will change current business processes, organizational structure or culture within your office, department, or organization. What tool should you use to get organized? Come to the session and find out.”
