Stacy Dixon, Business Analyst, Coordinator Team

Stacy Dixon is the newest business analyst on the LITS Coordinator Team. She arrived at Emory after working for almost 20 years at Sprint, where she held many different roles such as program manager II, project specialist, billing analyst, billing resolutions specialist, residential customer service, and business customer service. She also worked for Prudential Bank as a fraud analyst.

Originally, from Tuskegee, AL, Stacy graduated from Tuskegee University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

When she’s not working, Stacy loves to hang out with friends and go shopping. She also enjoys concerts, movies, scenic drives in the mountains, and jet-skiing on the lake.

“It has been a great opportunity to learn new things, especially moving from customer service to the IT world,” says Stacy. “The team and my new manager are wonderful. It has been a great experience.”
