Liteacha Mumphery promoted to the role of business analyst on the IT Coordinators team after spending 16 years in what was formerly called the OIT Call Center. She spent her last three years in the Call Center as a supervisor.

A native of Valdosta, GA, Liteacha earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix, and she is currently working on her master’s degree in healthcare administration. She is also a certified Emory Mentor.

Liteacha loves to shop, especially the thrifting variety. “I have a shoe fetish,” she says. She also enjoys travel and spending time with her friends.

“This new role has been interesting,” says Liteacha. “I was already doing similar work at the Call Center and I was thrilled when my hard work led to this position. Being on the main campus is a completely different culture and I absolutely love it. They encourage me to be creative and self-sufficient.”
