She had been a business analyst II since 2011, supporting Verint, the workforce management and call recording system used by Emory&#8217;s call centers. Tanisha began working at Emory in 2003 as a workforce data analyst for the UTS Call Center. Before coming to Emory, Tanisha worked for five years at Tauck World Discovery in Westport, CT as a business analyst.<\/p>\n<p>A native of Norwalk, CT, Tanisha came to Atlanta because her dad purchased a second home here for his kids. Tanisha earned a degree in psychology from the Atlanta campus of Argosy University.<\/p>\n<p>Tanisha has a daughter who started college this year at Georgia Gwinnett College, studying business marketing. Tanisha loves to cook, especially international dishes such as Jamaican, Italian, or Thai. Her signature dish is a curry chicken with brown rice and beans.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My drive is helping others be productive,&#8221; said Tanisha. &#8220;I&#8217;m an analyst by nature.
