I just wanted to take a brief moment to thank Athan Gillette (Call Center) for what he is doing and the attention that he is placing towards the entering of Service Now Incident tickets. His work on INC01777774 illustrates exactly what we are looking to see on any given voice-related INC.
Having this information at hand and in one location does absolute wonders in bringing quick resolution for our customers by expediting the dispatch process for us. Any time we find it necessary to “fish” for information in a ticket, it slows the process.
So, thank you very much for your attention to detail, Athan. It is much appreciated on this end and definitely felt all the way through to the customers behind the desk.
