Brett Coryell prepares for last year’s UTS Annual Kickoff.

The 2013 UTS Kickoff is coming up this month and you don’t want to miss it! After a two-year run in Tull Auditorium, the Kickoff is being held on September 23 at 2:00 p.m. in the main auditorium of the Woodruff Health Sciences Administration Building (WHSCAB – 1440 Clifton Road).

The format will be slightly different this year. In addition to a kickoff speech from Brett Coryell (Deputy CIO, LITS), the divisional directors will be on stage in a “town hall” format, in which there will be a short report from each area and the group discussion with a Q&A period. Audience members will be able to ask questions, and also questions to be chosen from a live Twitter stream. The goal is to create fluid discussion and interaction.

There will be refreshments during the event as well as door gifts. If you cannot attend, the event will be streamed live, as well as rebroadcast at a later date.
