You Have Been Heard!

Illustration of a laptop computerThe MarComm office has reviewed the recent Online News survey and the results have been very helpful in helping us plot our communication direction over the next year. We sent the survey to all 569 LITS employees and received 152 responses, which is impressive given that the survey required a reasonable amount of thought and time to answer.

The overall consensus seems to be that we are on the right track with the format, that there needs to be an even balance between Library and IT articles, and that a few new features would add greatly to the overall effectiveness of the publication.

While it wouldn’t be prudent to post the entire 18-page report of data, we have included some of the highlights below. Over the next few months you will begin to see articles and activities that reflect the data from this survey. thanks again for all of your support!
