Ben could tell you about his work in Special Ops…but it’s classified.

Ben Rosenblum joins Chris Camacho‘s team as a communications architect, where he will provide network infrastructure expertise. Prior to coming to Emory, he spent over seven years with Cisco Systems, where he was a senior systems engineer for the US Army Southeast Tactical/Intel/Special Ops and a network consulting engineer.

Ben is a dual Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) for Routing/Switching and Service Provider. He is #21084 among CCIEs. Since the program began in 1985, only a little over 40,000 technicians world-wide have ever been certified as “expert.”

A graduate of SUNY Albany, Ben has a bachelor of arts degree in computer science, with a minor in physics. He is a native of Long Island, NY.

In his free time, Ben and his wife Kim take care of their newborn baby girl, Lily. “She takes up just about all of my free time these days,” said Ben.
