Mike Janus loves being a dad.

Mike Janus (Web Design Team) is currently working one of the alumni websites for social media event registration. He spent the past 7 years doing freelance and contract web design work. Before that he did outside sales for 3 years for Paychex, headquartered in Rochester, NY.

A graduate of the College of Brockport: State University of New York (SUNY), Mike received his bachelor’s degree in communications. He also received an associate’s degree in graphic design and media arts from Monroe Community College in Rochester, where he was born.

Mike spends every bit of his free time running around with his family. He and his wife have a 3-month-old boy and a 2.5-year-old daughter, so according to Mike, “it’s all about zoos and watching movies.”

“I am excited to be here at Emory,” said Mike, “I am already having fun and looking forward to the future.”
