Anne Donlon loves rock climbing.

Anne Donlon is a CLIR Postdoctoral Fellow at the Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library (MARBL) and the Emory Center for Digital Scholarship (ECDS), Emory University. She recently completed a PhD in English with a certificate in American Studies at The Graduate Center, City University of New York.

Anne is the editor of Langston Hughes, Nancy Cunard, and Louise Thompson: Poetry, Politics, and Friendship in the Spanish Civil War, a collection of previously unpublished correspondence and poetry. She serves on The Journal of Interactive Technology and Pedagogy editorial collective, of which she previously served as Managing Editor. She has also served as Assistant Managing Editor on the Harvard Desk of Modernism/Modernity.

Originally from Staten Island, NY, Anne received her bachelor’s degree in English from Barnard College in NY. She received a Master of Philosophy at the Graduate Center en route to her PhD.

She loves rock climbing (actually bouldering, which is rock climbing without ropes), hiking and running (she’s run a pair of half marathons).
