Every year, the HR department hosts a graduation party for the Emory student workers who are graduating in the spring.

This year, the party was held in the Jones Room in the Woodruff Library. It included pizza and other refreshments, a cupcake-making contest, and a photo booth.

Twenty students were in attendance and were honored for their many years of support. LITS has 59 student workers graduating this year.

The event featured a testimonial for each student from his or her supervisor. The students also received a certificate of program completion and various goodies for their valuable service. Many of these students are already moving on either to jobs or to the next level in their educational development.

The event was coordinated by Nydia Charles Huggins, Monique Martinez, Khadijah Muhammad, and Ryan Roberts.
