With the Move More Challenge just around the corner, please welcome our LITS Wellness Champions! Wellness Champion Kim Comstock was joined by Dorothy Waugh, Julie Braun, and Stephanie Parisi this summer to serve as ambassadors for FSAP and other Healthy Emory programs.
They are responsible for sharing program information, motivating others and encouraging healthy habits at work, and with each one serving as a “go-to” person for wellness opportunities.
Kim Comstock is the Business Manager for LITS Business and Administration and has been a LITS Wellness Champion for the past two years. Kim enjoys tennis and golf, and she also has a passion for biking and walking. You will find Kim participating in events like the Winship 5k.
Dorothy Waugh is a Digital Archivist for MARBL, and in her free time you will likely find her outdoors enjoying the warm Atlanta weather! One of her favorite activities is exploring Georgia’s many trails and beautiful parks.
Julie Braun is the Library Events Manager for Campus and Community Relations. Julie has a passion for exercise and enjoys cardio and weight training classes. She likes talking walks in the park and being around nature, especially when she needs a break from the cardio machines. She also cares deeply about nutrition and mental well being.
Stephanie Parisi is the Instructional Designer for Teaching & Learning Technologies in Academic Technology Services. Her wellness passions include weightlifting, hiking, and nutrition. She has experience as a health and wellness mentor and enjoys helping others set and achieve wellness goals.
If you have any questions or would like some extra wellness support, please feel free to get in touch with Kim, Dorothy, Julie, or Stephanie. They are happy to help or connect you to the right resources.
