“I’ve learned a lot in a very short amount of time” (at Emory) – Tyler Hayden

Tyler Hayden joined the Identity Management Team as an Enterprise Middleware Admin II. Previously, he worked for four years at Kennesaw State University, initially as a system support professional, doing local IT support, then as a system support professional, working with client support and various server teams, and finally as a security specialist doing identity management and information security.

Tyler, who was born in Heidelberg, Germany, had a father in the military and spent his childhood moving around between Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Georgia. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from North Georgia College and State University (now called the University of North Georgia) as well as an A+ certification.

For fun, Tyler does a lot of PC gaming. He also spends a lot of time going out with friends to various restaurants, clubs, conventions, and other trips.

“It’s been a great experience so far,” said Tyler. “I’ve learned a lot in a very short amount of time, and I am looking forward to learning even more.”
