Business Services and Records Management are partnering to offer town hall-style events open to current and prospective OnBase users.

OnBase provides a way to capture, organize, and store information, often from paper-based documents, and automate the business processes associated with those documents. Automating information identification, classification, and management may aid in compliance with Records Management Policy 5.21.

Developed by Hyland Software Inc., OnBase is a highly regarded enterprise content management (ECM) system in both education and healthcare, where OnBase received a Best in KLAS award in 2016 as the top document management and imaging software in the healthcare industry.

Interested staff and faculty are invited to attend one of the following sessions:
