Class for new ServiceNow users

Emory’s ServiceNow homepage.

A “New to ServiceNow” class is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15, 2017. The class provides a wonderful opportunity for users who provide support via the ServiceNow Tool, ITIL best practices and terminology, and Incident Process roles and responsibilities.

ServiceNow Training Details

Location: NDB 202 High Falls.

Hours: The room will be open at 8:30 am each day, with the course being scheduled from 9:30 am-3:30 pm.

Fees: There is no charge for this class.

Parking: For those who do not have parking badge access to Lowergate, please use the Emory Shuttle to commute to the North Decatur Building.

Building Access: The North Decatur Building is open without badge access at 8:00 am. Contact Rose Harris at 770-686-0449 if you need directions.

Electronic Devices: Participants should prepare out-of-office coverage. Phones and hand-held devices will remain out of reach during the course.

Class Prep: Please review the ServiceNow Training Video and bring questions to class.

Lunch: Participants will have an hour for lunch, and lunch is not provided. The break room includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and water (bring a mug or a cup). Soda/snack machines are available near the classroom.

Registration: Access smcc.emory.edu to schedule other ServiceNow Training classes.

Class Materials: Please bring a notepad and pencil and your laptop.

Final exam: There is no final exam.

Instructors: The instructors are Emory employees within the IT Service Management office.
