OnBase by Hyland Software is an information platform that centralizes important documents and business content into one secure location, which allows for safe access from anywhere via mobile and web clients. The platform provides the ability to create solutions across many business practices and departments, which at Emory currently includes Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Clinical Research, Alumni Relations, Admissions, Financial Aid, LITS, and more.
Emory users utilize its seamless integration thru the PeopleSoft & Ellucian Advance applications, paperless functionality, and documentation workflows and tracking.
Over the next four months, starting April 19th, the LITS Enterprise Business Systems team will host monthly OnBase Training & Information Sessions for new and advanced users of OnBase. During each session, we invite users to bring their laptops (there will be limited PCs available) where we will present two or three topics for discussion, but really hope to answer user-driven content based off questions, interests, and real-world scenarios.

Join the OnBase Support Team and let’s explore “How to navigate in Unity Client and Web Client 17.” We will have a few knowledge base ‘How to’ videos with tips on navigating in the Client applications.

- How to Retrieve Documents
- Best Tips for solutions with Batch Processing Scan queues.
