Emory’s PeopleSoft student information system will be upgraded to a new version of system software by June 11.

Coming in June 2018, OPUS (Emory’s PeopleSoft student information system) will be upgraded to a new version of system software.

This upgrade will begin after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7 and will be completed prior to the start of the business on Monday, June 11. During this maintenance, OPUS will be unavailable to all users. Upon login to the upgraded system, all users will find a newly designed home page tailored to their current OPUS access.

Informational sessions and training will be scheduled in late April and May with additional sessions in August in preparation for the 2018-19 academic year.

After the upgrade, faculty and staff will utilize a new tile-based navigation to perform the same OPUS functions that are used today. For students, the upgrade will include similar navigational changes, as well as several updated features that allow for common functions to be easily performed on any device, including mobile devices.

Look for more announcements on the upgrade and training coming soon.

If you have any questions you may contact me at Beth Broyles or submit a question to OPUSHELP [at] emory [dot] edu.
