The external review is facilitated by the Office of the Provost and the group will meet with faculty, students, deans, and other stakeholders between October 27-29 in order to explain their process and answer questions. Any libraries staff member can attend the Oct. 28 session.

Salvation Army Angel Tree program

LEAF will be facilitating a Salvation Army Angel Tree program this holiday season. The Salvation Army Angel Tree program allows organizations like Emory help needy families of Atlanta. In 2018, the Salvation Army assisted over 10,000 children and senior citizens throughout Atlanta. They estimated that over 29,000 toys and 65,000 articles of clothing were distributed through the 2018 campaign—and we were part of this!

    • This year Emory will adopt 300 “angels” to sponsor
    • You can help by “adopting” a kid(s) or senior citizen as an individual or as a department.
    • Please reach out to adams [at] emory [dot] edu ASAP if you are interested in participating
