A \u201cNew to ServiceNow\u201d\u00a0class\u00a0is scheduled for\u00a0Tuesday, August 15, 2017.\u00a0The class\u00a0provides a wonderful\u00a0opportunity for users who provide support via the\u00a0ServiceNow\u00a0Tool,\u00a0ITIL best practices and terminology, and Incident Process roles and responsibilities.<\/p>\n

ServiceNow Training Details<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong>\u00a0NDB 202 High Falls.<\/p>\n

Hours:<\/strong>\u00a0The room will be open at 8:30 am each day, with the course being scheduled\u00a0from 9:30 am-3:30 pm.<\/p>\n

Fees:<\/strong>\u00a0There is no charge for\u00a0this class.<\/p>\n

Parking:<\/strong>\u00a0For those who do not have parking badge access to Lowergate, please use\u00a0the\u00a0Emory Shuttle to commute to the\u00a0North Decatur\u00a0Building.<\/p>\n

Building Access:<\/strong> The North Decatur Building is open without badge access at 8:00\u00a0am. Contact Rose Harris<\/strong> at 770-686-0449 if you need directions.<\/p>\n

Electronic Devices:<\/b> Participants should prepare out-of-office coverage. Phones and hand-held\u00a0devices will remain out of reach during the course.<\/p>\n

Class Prep:<\/strong>\u00a0Please review the\u00a0ServiceNow Training Video\u00a0and bring questions to class.<\/p>\n

Lunch:<\/strong> Participants will have an hour for lunch, and lunch is not provided.\u00a0The break room includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and water (bring\u00a0a mug or a cup). Soda\/snack machines are available near the\u00a0classroom.<\/p>\n

Registration:<\/strong> Access\u00a0smcc.emory.edu<\/a>\u00a0to schedule other ServiceNow Training classes.<\/p>\n
