For eight years there, he did desktop and classroom support and the last four years he ran the school\u2019s 1-1 laptop program as their laptop and mobile device management (MDM) technician. Jay also spent five years in tech support at Clayton State University.<\/p>\n<p>Born in tiny Newborn, Georgia, Jay\u00a0attended Clayton State University.
