Previously, she spent two years at the State Roadway and Tollway Authority\u00a0as the Bilingual Supervisor for their call center. Victoria was also the Bilingual Supervisor for the\u00a0Georgia Department of Human Services,\u00a0Division of Family and Children Services (DFACS).<\/p>\n<p>Victoria graduated from Manchester Community College in Manchester, CT with a degree in Psychology\/Sociology.<\/p>\n<p>Born in San Salvador, El Salvador, and raised in Miami, Victoria once dispatched an Otis Elevator mechanic in Atlanta\u2026on Superbowl Weekend! He was very mad at being dispatched on such an important day, but called her back to apologize for getting upset.
