Prior to this new role, Colin was coordinator of the Music and Media Library for five years. He also spent six years as the circulation manager and a senior library specialist.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his experience at Emory, Colin was a visiting music instructor at Western Carolina University.<\/p>\n<p>A native of Atlanta (Lassiter High School), Colin attended the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in music, guitar performance and a Master of Arts degree in music composition.<\/p>\n<p>For fun, Colin loves playing electric and acoustic guitar and plays in a group called the <a href=\"http:\/\/afroklezmermusic.com\" target=\"_blank\">Fourth Ward Afro-Klezmer Orchestra<\/a>.
