Before coming to Emory, Ed spent three years as a senior consultant providing Mac support for Onyx Consulting. He also worked for five years as a consultant for MacMD in Chicago and two years as a support specialist for a subscription-based support company. He is a certified Mac and Microsoft technician.<\/p>\n<p>As a child, Ed traveled the world. Born in Canton, OH, Ed&#8217;s family moved to Seoul, Korea, when he was a boy, then spent time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before moving to Georgia, where he finished at Fulton County&#8217;s North Springs High School.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Ed has a bachelor&#8217;s degree in music performance. At GSU, he sang opera as a baritone.<\/p>\n<p>In his free time, Ed helps his wife Brooke raise their two kids, Edith and Clara, tinkers with computers, and makes music. &#8220;I am like a one-man band,&#8221; said\u00a0Ed.
