The Move More Challenge starts today! If you haven’t watched the webinar with information on the program, you can view it here. Get steps, get competitive, get healthy!

Move More Challenge Rewards

The 2016 Move More Challenge includes a series of drawings for rewards (gift cards of various values and other items). A participant must reach the following average daily steps through weeks four and weeks eight to have a chance to earn a reward:

Average Steps Weeks 1-4

  • 5,000-9,999 steps  ($20 Gift cards and 2 Alta Fitbits )
  • 10,000 + steps  ($30 Gift cards and 2 Blaze Fitbits)

Average Steps Week 1-8

  • 5,000-9,999 steps  ($50 Gift cards and 3 Alta Fitbits )
  • 10,000+ steps  ($100 Gift cards, 3 Blaze Fitbits and 3 Apple Watches)

All registered participants who reach the designated step level are eligible. Each participant can earn only one reward after Week 4 and only one reward after Week 8. For example, if a participant averages 5000 steps or more daily at the end of Week 4, they are entered into a drawing to receive a reward.

Exclusive LITS Prizes

In addition to the prizes offered by Healthy Emory, each week during the Move More Challenge (Sep. 19–Nov. 13), the LITS Wellness Champions will do a random prize drawing. Several LITS employees will be randomly selected to win a prize each week. Your chances of winning the LITS prizes are not dependent on your amount of steps; you are eligible just for participating. Prizes that will be given away include freezable lunch boxes, bento boxes, reusable sandwich bags, water bottles, cooling towels, and ear buds. Thanks to LITS administration for allowing us a budget for these prizes!

Happy stepping!
