Diandra Michelle Darby is a proud native of Beaumont, TX currently living in Atlanta, GA where she is a graduate student at Emory University. She received the Master of Divinity in Homiletics from the Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia in May 2009. In May 2017, she received the Master of Theology with a focus on Preaching from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. She is currently a PhD student at the Laney Graduate School at Emory University whose research interest is focused on Womanist preaching. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and has been in active ministry for almost 18 years. Diandra works to always amplify the voices of Black women in both the Church and in society; this the “work her soul must have.”
