In June 2017, Ashley moved into a formal training and communications role in ORA. Since February 2021, Ashley serves as a Training Design/Communications Manager on the Strategic Operations and Training (SOT) team. Ashley’s new responsibilities include management of the staff onboarding training and continuing education, development of instructional materials for web-based training, administration of learning content in Emory’s Learning Management Systems (LMS), website content management, and Emory ORA communications.
