Alicia DeNicola is a cultural anthropologist who studies work and identity in India and Costa Rica. She is the author of a number of journal articles on craft and has also dabbled in the scholarship of teaching and learning. She prefers working and sharing ideas with others and her largest collaborative project to date, a co-edited book titled Critical Craft is slated to come out in December from Bloomsbury Press.
