In my classes, I prioritize critical thinking and the development of strong analytical skills, preparing students not only to excel academically but also to become thoughtful, responsible citizens. I use a variety of teaching methods including collaborative projects, case studies, and service-learning, which help students connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. This approach not only enhances learning but also instills a sense of community and mutual respect among students, essential components of the educational ethos at Oxford.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px\">Furthermore, I am committed to personal and professional growth, both for myself and my students, in alignment with Oxford&#8217;s emphasis on lifelong learning. I continuously seek to improve my teaching strategies through feedback, participation in professional development workshops, and staying current with educational research. By modeling this commitment to growth, I encourage my students to adopt a similar mindset, viewing education as a continuous journey rather than a finite achievement.
